Echo feature added

I have just implemented a really nice echo feature, which can add echo to your track and selected sample. If your original pattern data looks like this C-3 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 E-3 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 and you press the echo button once, you will get the following pattern: C-3 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 C-3 01 C 20 — 01 0 00 E-3 01 0 00 — 01 0 00 E-3 01 C 20 — 01 0 00 You can press the button again to get more echos. The echo feature will never overwrite existing notes, but will overwrite existing effects....

Colour bars

In Protracker, you have a colour bar for each track that represents the amplitude of that track. At first, I didn’t plan to implement this feature in VividTracker, but after comparing the look&feel with Protracker I realised how important they are as visual feedback to the composer. Fortunately, it was quite easy to implement them so here they are in all their glory:

VividTracker Preview on YouTube

Ah, the very first post! VividTracker is now really close to be released on App Store.  I have uploaded a video on YouTube so you can see for yourself what to expect: It is just a preview and does not at all demonstrate all the great features. One such feature is AudioCopy, which allows you to copy samples from other apps that also supports AudioCopy. There are so many great apps to sample from, such as Korg iMS20, Animoog and Propellerhead’s Figure.
